You will need to open the FTP program you are using, navigate it to where the BANS folder you will upload is located on your computer, then upload it to your hosting site’s /public_html/ folder.

But you'll know for sure when you try to install a new store using that folder. If you are not able to install a new store using your Raw_Bans folder then upload the entire folder (you'll need an FTP program for this) and try again.Rochelle John,
