It seems rather odd to have it right justified like that — I keep expecting to find Arabic text instead. That may also be part of the reason so many of the links are cut off (hidden, actually) by white space, too?

I’m so glad you think I have it together. Lol!! The truth is I’m not as together as I’d like to be. That’s why I created the checklist. Heck, that’s partly why I created this entire blog site. I wrote a bunch of instructions for myself and they were getting lost on my computer. This way they are all in one, easy to find location.

Regardless of that, I’m really glad the information here is helpful to you.

By golly you are right, Rochelle. I just click the empty space to the left of the text and the link is there. As for the problem, I wish I could help. I haven’t used software to create pdf files before. Perhaps if you told us what software you used, someone might have an answer…

Yes, there are links in the checklist. Each link goes to instructions on how to do whatever the linked item is. Interesting that you can’t access the links.

When I tried the checklist on my PC the links worked as I intended them to, which uses Windows XP. Right now I’m on my laptop, which uses Vista, and I, too, can’t access the links (well, I can, but not as intended and I’ll explain what I mean). The operating systems may have nothing to do with this issue but I’m mentioning it in case it is relevant.

I actually can access the links, but not by placing my mouse over the links. I found, purely on accident, that if I place my mouse the left of the links that I am able to click a link. For some reason the link is over the blank area of each linked line.

Anyone have thoughts on what’s going on? This is the first PDF file that I have created and I admit to not knowing much about them.

So, are there supposed to be hyperlinks in the worksheet? It looks like some elements are supposed to be. They aren’t working for me. Other than that, very handy checklist.
