I just looked in the database for my personal blog and it shows 7308 records. The plugin has only been running on this site for a month. I had changed servers and did not move the previous database with it.

Another site shows 1322 records and has only been running for 2 weeks.

Those amounts may not seem like a lot at the moment, but if they’re cumulative over time or the sites get even more popular, they could end up in trouble.
