Where to go to Read CJ’s and eBay’s TOS

There are several posts in the BANS forum of people asking if this, that, or the other is allowed per either Commission Junction’s (aka CJ) or eBay’s service agreement (or Terms of Service or whatever else people call these).

Here are the links to the agreements for both CJ and eBay. Now you can read the agreements instead of wonder what is allowed.

If something seems unclear in the wording of either agreement you can post on the BANS forum to ask for clarification. I suggest you include a copy of the wording you are confused about instead of paraphrasing.
